- Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. We will notify you via e-mail when your order is shipped. We ship all orders via UPS ground, which usually takes 3-7 business days to deliver. Express service available with UPS: 2 Day delivery, Next Day delivery.

UPS Ground: $9.95
UPS 2 day: $19.95
UPS Next Day: $39.95

- Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in the condition it was received within 14 days of the date listed on your packing slip for a complete refund, less shipping cost.
If the items were purchased with a free shipping promotion, the amount of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
All items must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached.
All FINAL SALE items are not refundable.
No refunds or exchanges will be made after 14 days.

We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Your credit card will not be charged until your order items are shipped from our warehouse.
We do NOT accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or lay-away plans.
Credit cards drawn on banks outside of the USA are not accepted.
For your safety and security, your billing name and address MUST match that of the credit card being used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Google Checkout is currently the only the method for completing your order on www.convertibledesigns.com. This service allows you to make purchases across the internet with a single user account.
Simply click the Google Checkout button in the www.convertibledesigns.com shopping cart. You will be redirected to google.com, where you may sign in to your account or create a new one. After you have registered, you will begin the checkout process. At any point during this process, you may return to the www.convertibledesigns.com webstore to browse more products or update your shopping cart.

With Google Checkout you will provide your billing information, such as a credit card number directly to Google Checkout. We will not have access to this information. Google’s privacy policy will apply to the information you provide on the Google Checkout website.
Convertible Designs may use information you provide to send you email or printed (via US mail) materials promoting our products, announcing sales, and special offers. Every customer has the option of declining to receive future correspondence from Convertible Designs by contacting Customer Support. Email Subscribers can opt out of the email list from Convertible Designs by unsubscribing on the link that appears on the bottom of every email or by contacting Customer Support.
