A: The T-Jack is a convertible toy-jacket that converts into a stuffed animal pillow-toy and bag with help of the zippers. The instructions for transformation are illustrated on a hand tag and on the website. Q: How do I wash the products? A: Most products are machine washable in cold water on the gentle cycle with mild detergent. Please refer to tags on your product for specific care instructions. Q: How do I reach customer service? When you place at order at Convertible Designs, we will ship it out in 1-3 business days. We ship with UPS ground or UPS express. Free UPS Ground Shipping is free with orders of $100 or more. Q: How do your returns work? A. To return your purchase, simply return all items 14 days from the date listed on your packing slip. When we receive the merchandise, we will issue a refund minus the cost of shipping. All items must be received in their original conditions including attached tags.
