Dear T-Jack,
My daughter recently received one of your jackets as a gift and I just felt compelled to write to you about it.
First of all, let me just say how much I LOVE this product! The coat is so nicely made, warm, soft, and absolutely gorgeous with it's beautifully embroidered accents. It fits perfectly and zips easily - I also love that the hood is detachable. And, in fact, converting it from a jacket to a toy is very easy and intuitive - I was pleasantly surprised! From a busy moms perspective you get two thumbs up.
My daughter loves "froggies" and collects all kinds of frog related items. She, of course, went nuts when she opened the package and saw this big realistic looking stuffed frog staring back at her! She was fascinated by the bright orange glossy eyes! But I have to tell you that the one thing that she just can't stop admiring is the little "baby froggie" change purse! She hugs it and holds it like a toy and when she wears the jacket she never forgets to clip the baby into the inside tag where he'll be warm! She takes him out, holds him her little cupped hands, and shows him to everyone... cashiers at stores... people on the street... family and friends...
This of course leads to your jacket being a real conversation piece. And I want you to know that I tell everyone how great these jackets are, how much my daughter loves hers, and I've passed along your website whenever asked. You have a truly unique and lovable product here. I will be sure to look back when my daughter outgrows this to see what else she might like! Kudos!

We got our T-Jack!!! It is a HUGE hit! My son loves it because it looks like a real bug, although he thinks its a ladybug... :o) At least that's what he's calling it! But when he saw the box he said, "its a bug!" and ran over to open it. He was staring at the eyes which I thought was pretty cute, he was pretty impressed with those. He loves it as a toy, he was making it climb up the walls and was dragging it around pretending it was chasing him. He actually loves that it turns into a jacket! He calls it his "bug that turns into a jacket or a bag" (he says it really fast and jumbled, very cute!). He wanted to show it his grandparents, he made me turn it into a jacket to show them. They were VERY impressed.
I do like the idea of a backpack better than the shoulder bag just because it seems easier for him to wear, but the shoulder bag is great too. The inside pocket is good I think. I like that its there. It doesn't hold a lot but I keep thinking of how much stuff you have to carry when its cold. Oh! it would be perfect for GLOVES! It is the perfect size for gloves and a hat, those are hard to keep track of when they are so little!

Dear Natasha,
Just wanted to drop you a line to express my gratitude to you all at Convertible Designs for the excellent Customer Service I received recently.
On holiday to New York in December I bought a beautiful Ladybug t-shirt for my little niece, only to find on my return to Scotland that it was too small!
Not only did you air-mail me the correct size within a few days but would not charge me for all the additional expense!
I was amazed not only at the kindness shown to me but at the high standard of Customer Care I received...a very pleasant experience indeed!
Wishing you and all your colleagues at Convertible Designs lots of luck for the future!
Thanks so much!

P.S. Your products are so lovely, just that little bit more special!

We love this jacket! The flexibility of having so many functions in one piece of clothing is great, especially when traveling. Our daughter loves it and insists on wearing it all the time!

I purchased 2 of the froggie jackets for my 2 close friends who both have 2 year old sons. Since they’re packaged in the animal toy form, their eyes totally lit up when they saw them. They ran to them and started flinging the frogs at each other, and throwing them on the floor and then flinging themselves on top, laughing hysterically. Since they’re so soft and durable, it was the perfect plaything for a 2 year old.
The more shy boy made our hearts melt when he actually looked at the frog’s eyes at one point and whispered to it, “I love you, froggie”.
When we finally got the boys to try them on in jacket form, they took one look at each other, and then ran towards each other like sumo wrestlers and started hugging and jumping like frogs.
I’ve never seen anything like it.
I’ve since heard back from one of the moms saying how useful the gift was as a change of clothing when the boy’s current jacket would get dirty, and how practical the construction is with the longer length in the back to keep the boy’s bum warm when he sat on cold surfaces, and how happy he was to run around in it in the snow.
